Connecticut Leave Update
The Connecticut Family and Medical Leave Act entitlement is changing on 1/1/22. Employees who work in CT can take CTFMLA for up to 12 weeks in a 12 mo. period. If leave starts prior to 1/1/22, it is capped at 12 weeks in a 12-month period.
